Tail Trails – Indemnity and Waiver of Liability

By entering and/or participating in any activity at Tail Trails (hereafter referred to as “The Venue”), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that this agreement is legally binding and intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that activities at The Venue may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illness, animal interactions, property damage, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my presence and participation at The Venue.

Release of Liability

I hereby indemnify, release, and hold harmless The Venue, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, expenses, liabilities, or causes of action (whether known or unknown) arising from or in connection with my presence at The Venue, regardless of cause, including negligence.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss, theft, damage to vehicles or property, personal injury, sickness, or death.

Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, if I am unable to communicate or make decisions, I authorize the staff of The Venue to act in my best interests and obtain medical treatment on my behalf.

I accept full financial responsibility for any medical costs or expenses incurred as a result.

Animal Health and Responsibility

I acknowledge that all animals brought onto the premises must be fully vaccinated and in good health.

The Venue, its owners, or staff shall not be liable for any illness, injury, or expenses incurred resulting from unvaccinated or unhealthy animals.

Cautions:
Snakes – Please note that this is a wild environment and there is always the possibility of encountering a snake especially during the warmer month. If you do please whatsapp up a pin location so we can try relocate the snake, do not try approach the snake take a wide path around or go back in the opposite direction of the snake. In the unfortunate event of a bite. Please try take a photo of the snake, remain calm and head directly to the emergency room. Tail trails and its owners take no responsibility or liability in the event of getting bitten or the cost associated with this.

Horses – Please note that there are some steep inclines and declines, so either take caution or do not take these routs to prevent possible injury.
There are some plants that could be toxic to horses so please take note of what they are eating along the way. Tail Trails and its owners take no responsibility or or liability with any issues involved in this matter.

Conduct and Safety Rules

All dogs and horses must remain on a lead in the car park area, and leads must be secured again at the gate before returning to vehicles.

I agree to follow all posted rules and the instructions of staff while on the premises.

I accept full responsibility for my own actions, those of my children or dependents, and any animals under my care.

Acknowledgement of Understanding

I have read and understood this Indemnity and Waiver of Liability.

I confirm that I am of legal age to sign this agreement and do so voluntarily.
